About the Job:

The Indian Air Force (IAF) invites online applications for 284 posts of Commissioned Officers through the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) for the Flying Branch and Ground Duty. Interested candidates should apply before 01-07-2025, ensuring they meet all eligibility conditions.

Mode of Recruitment:

1. Written Exam (AFCAT):
   • The exam tests candidates on General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, and Military Aptitude.
   • Candidates applying for the Flying Branch must also undergo the Computerized Pilot Selection System (CPSS) after the written exam.
2. AFSB Interview:
   • Stage I: Officer Intelligence Rating Test and Picture Perception and Discussion Test (PPDT).
   • Stage II: Psychological Tests, Group Testing, and Personal Interview.
3. Medical Examination:
   • Candidates who clear the written test and interview will undergo a medical examination.

Final Selection will be based on the combined performance in the written exam, AFSB interview, and medical exam.

• NCC Special Entry: No fee required.
